RETURNING FOR REPLACEMENT AND REFUND

If there is a problem with the quality of an item you have received, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a clear picture or video showcasing the damage. We will then proceed with a refund or arrange for another item to be shipped.
Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees.
Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible to get another of this item sent to you.
If you are returning an item because you don't want it anymore or changed your mind, you first need to contact our customer service at email@example.com to arrange for your order to be shipped backed to us. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your order. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged for items returned in these cases.
